I’m an international executive coach and consultant in Inclusive leadership, emotional intelligence, behaviour and culture change, Implicit bias, performance coaching, DEIB and wellbeing. I have an open communication style and an effortless ability to explore sensitive and challenging subjects with empathy and non-judgement; whilst being engaging, interactive and transformative. I work with any personality type across C-suite, governance, SLT, Junior executives and whole organisations. I’ve worked across government, public services, private sector, healthcare, construction, tech, corporate finance and NGOs, in the UK, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Gouda, The Hague, Antwerp, Denmark, Barcelona, Türkiye, Central Asia, Budapest, Romania, Bulgaria, Brussels and New York. One of the things I love about coaching is being able to facilitate transformative change and see the positive impact, it has on people both personally and professionally. I’m also an advanced CBT practitioner and Master NLP Practitioner. I create spaces for people to actualise and fine-tune, ideas into tangible courses of action, creating bespoke strategies, processes and structures to enable clients to realise their goals, effectively and fluidly.
