I am a qualified and experienced Health Coach and member of the UK & Ireland Health Coaches Association. I work with busy, high achieving professionals who struggle with stress to feel in control of their energy, sleep and mood so they are more productive at work and thriving. Many of us find it difficult with a combination of a busy career, growing family life and finding time for self-care. Where once you were the master of what you do, now you have juggle so many demands on your time… its can be exhausting! Over time, this results in weight gain, energy dips, low motivation, low self-esteem, mood swings, poor sleep and anxiety, to name just a few. I coach clients to manage their stress so they sleep better, have more energy and balance. I will work with you to enable you to gain the knowledge, skills and support you need to create a new normal.
