For the last 12 years I have worked in the British Foreign and Development Office developing high-engagement leadership and management programs that balance active participation, meaningful reflection, and application toward organizational strategy. I focus on translating role and life experiences into sustained, long term behavioral change through executive coaching. I strongly believe every leader has a special style and brand which can be developed through the discovery of their unique talents and strengths. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF, a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach and a Certified Coach Supervisor.
