I am a Coach, bringing on my working relationships a human-centric, open and honest approach and a variety of interpersonal and people skills. Embracing coaching presence and practice throughout my career, I have been described as a talented listener with the ability to drive people to think deeper, to explore more, to understand better, bringing a calming influence, warmth and respect in my coaching relationships. Inspired by human potential and endless possibilities of growth, I support clients as they recognize and acknowledge their inner values’ system, helping them identify their roles and priorities, allowing themselves permission to experiment and take the necessary steps to fulfil their dreams and passions. I particularly enjoy and have experience on working and partnering with: • Young people as they are either entering the professional arena and/or evaluate potential opportunities for continuous education, helping them seize the freedom and responsibility that come with choice and build courage and trust on themselves. • New leaders/professionals as they are taking roles of increasing responsibilities, helping them navigate through the organizational challenges and increased workload and experience the rewards that come with personal and team development and management, as they become confident and competent on their new roles • people as they reflect on their career and life journey, visualizing and preparing for the future, helping them find the courage and inspiration to make the necessary changes, being in personal or professional arena of life
