My coaching work supports individuals and teams navigate a route through the daily chaos and develop the adaptability to thrive in today’s world of ambiguity and uncertainty where change is a constant factor. Clients who typically work with me recognise that change is needed and are ready to begin the transition process yet need support for how and where to start - to find a clearer sense of purpose and direction; to identify obstacles to progress; and to develop a clear plan to achieve greater success. My work helps individuals build on their understanding of themselves and their impact, to grow in confidence, shift perspectives, improve their communication approach, and address stress and overwhelm, enabling improved performance, working relationships and well-being. On my coaching journey, I have delivered over 3000 hours of Executive, Leadership, Personal Development and Career coaching, working with clients across all levels of seniority and from different cultures as well as neurodiverse leaders. My coaching approach is supportive, stretching, empowering and pragmatic. I provide a confidential, non-judgemental safe space for reflection and exploration to gain new insights and perspectives. I use a range of interventions and tools to help clients gain clarity and capacity for change, including resilience building, applied neuroscience and profiling assessments. I am very much looking forward to beginning our work together.
