I am a global Executive and Leadership Coach and MBA. I am passionate about ensuring that change can be ‘positive’ for individuals and organisations, having led global teams through organisational change. I understand how important change can be in empowering individuals, while creating strategic advantage for businesses. I coach senior Leaders and C-Suite Executives on a variety of topics surrounding work-based challenges, as well as newly-promoted leaders relating to building leadership capabilities and succession planning. I also support leaders in transition. I have experience coaching in sectors including financial services, insurance, legal, regulation and governance, as well as those in Education, FMCG and media businesses. I am a fully-qualified Executive Coach, holding the Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching, from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC). I am also a Member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as the Association of Coaching (AC). Prior to my Diploma, I completed ‘Coaching for Leaders’ training while managing global teams at a large professional information business. I have been an internal Executive Coach for a public sector body, creating and delivering a leadership capabilities framework. I have 15 plus years of strategic and operational commercial experience, having worked for some of the world’s largest, multinational, information providers and news organisations, managing multi-million pound business units. I have vast experience in developing and managing international teams. I am also Sarah am also a qualified Mental Health First Aider (MHFA).
