As a coach, I partner with clients to define and work towards their goals. My coaching approach is based on the International Coach Federation’s (ICF) definition of coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” My coaching is centered on the belief that everyone has the innate potential to achieve their goals and my role as a coach is to help facilitate that growth journey. I do this through pure coaching bringing in tools and theory from the fields of positive psychology, neuroscience and mindfulness.
