My experience as a consultant for various start-ups, NGOs, NGAs, HEIs, and private organizations has equipped me with a deep understanding of the mental health challenges and organizational dynamics that can impact individuals' well-being. My MBA from the University of the People further strengthens my ability to navigate the complexities of modern workplaces and help clients achieve their goals. As a former lecturer at esteemed institutions like De La Salle University-Manila, National University, De La Salle - College of St. Benilde, Trimex Colleges, EARIST, and De Ocampo Memorial College, I have a proven track record of creating engaging and impactful learning experiences.
