Hi, I’m Jen Tillman. Being a more jen-till-hu-man is my lifelong practice and a commitment I make to myself, to you, my family, my community, and the world at large. For many years, my primary ambition was to outrun my emotions and that anxious feeling in the pit of my gut. Unconsciously, I was striving for worthiness (personally and professionally) while seeking approval and acceptance outside of myself. I had not yet cultivated a strong relationship with myself and had not learned to trust my inner voice and intuition. And I was not alone. I understand transformation and how it requires courageous vulnerability, inner strength, heartfulness, and supportive relationships. It requires us to meet ourselves in the mirror with nonjudgment, compassion, curiosity, appreciation, and love. It is the greatest work we can do. As your transformation coach, I will guide you on your journey of self-discovery. Together, we will uncover what truly matters to you, understand and befriend your conditioned habits, and nurture qualities that will enrich your life, boost your resilience, and steer you toward your life goals.
