My coaching practice encompasses several key areas: neurodiversity coaching, one-on-one life coaching, co-coaching with individuals and their line managers or management teams, and group coaching aimed at helping management teams refine their policies for greater inclusivity and mutual benefit. I also conduct workplace needs assessments, always maintaining a solution-focused approach. With a non-judgmental attitude, I leverage my extensive background in clinical psychology, behavioral psychology, profiling, and behavioral dynamics to provide high levels of insight. This allows me to ask probing questions that guide clients toward positive change. I believe in empowering clients to own their change and direction, ensuring they maintain positive behaviors independently of external validation or pressure. Throughout my career, I have been recognized multiple times as coach of the month at various coaching companies. Additionally, I have spent the past decade training and developing coaches, including mentoring mentors. This experience underscores my commitment to fostering growth and development within the coaching profession.
