Britta Fischlin

I am a professional certified international coach (PCC) and bring a deep cross-cultural awareness into my coaching. I’m originally from Germany and lived in France and Spain before I moved to California, USA in the late 1990s. I worked in several industries from automotive to media and finally, for 17 years in the high-tech industry, where I acquired expertise in both start-up and mid-size companies and held various roles in marketing, from alliance management to channel marketing and sales as well as marketing programs management. I have a Masters degree in economics, political science, history, and Spanish as well as a professional formation degree in business administration. My coaching style is co-creative with deep listening, and non-judgmental, compassionate and powerful inquiry based in my belief that you already have the answers within. What clients appreciate most about working with me is that they discover their gifts and talents and further develop their leadership and communication skills resulting in increased effectiveness in their work performance and being more influential and persuasive in their relationships. I grew up in Germany and then lived in France in Spain before moving to the United States 22 years ago. I coach in both German and English.
