Jennifer Minturn

As an executive coach and organizational psychologist, I build better leaders by increasing self-awareness, aligning intent with impact, and driving value and effectiveness within organizations. My global footprint spans leadership transformation across the Middle East, North Africa, India, the U.S., and Europe, from emerging leader through C-Suite. I have more than 20 years of corporate experience, including Mars Incorporated, Victoria's Secret, The Federal Reserve Bank, Hult International Business School, Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, and Chalhoub Group, where I last held the role of Director of Leadership Development, overseeing leadership programmes, talent programmes, executive development, and coaching services, along with oversight for +70 internal coaches. I was recruited by the UAE Federal Government specifically to create a coaching culture, also serving as faculty in the Enterprise Nuclear Leadership Academy. I've taught coaching masterclasses, communities of practice and leader-as-coach training to embed coaching skills organizationally. Currently, I am faculty for the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), as well as the Co-Leader for the Coaching Community of Practice.
