As a coach, I enjoy coaching people to help them find solutions to their problems and leveraging the power of a diverse and inclusive culture to enhance capability, engagement and performance for the organisation. Professionally, I have close to 20 years of client and employee experience, and have previously led global and regional teams in diversity, equity and inclusion strategies, employee wellbeing and engagement. I offer coaching services in various fields including as a career coach, executive coach, leadership coach, life coach, amongst others. On a personal level, I enjoy a good book and cup of hot chocolate and love connecting to different people to learn more about their life, experiences and perspectives.
