I coach and mentor individuals in personal and professional development on a one-on-one basis. I focus on enhancing employability and job readiness by addressing areas integral to furthering career development and employment success. I will focus on several areas of your life, instead of just one or two – because I can improve things on many fronts to ensure that change is deep – rooted and sustainable for you. Additionally, I provide health coaching aimed at optimising the well-being and independence of individuals with long-term illnesses. I understand the changes people go through when learning to live well with a health challenge. The focus will be on supporting you to use goal-based methods to maximise your wellbeing and becoming your own health manager.
