Currently situated in the Washington DC Metropolitan area Coach Adam comes with a wealth of experience and has an extensive background in Career Coaching, Life Coaching, Facilitation, Recruiting, and Sales. At the moment he is coaching clients, graduates, and learners that currently occupy the Software Engineering/IT Boot Camp space. Strongly believes in the value of aspiring to being a better leader and providing an authentic well rounded coaching experience. With this mind as a coach Adam has invested several years into honing his craft as a coach through the rigorous trainings involved in the acquisition of coach specific certifications and designations. Some of these include the GCDF which stands for Global Career Development Facilitator and the CCSP (Certified Career Services Provider) which he will receive in the coming months. Coach Adam is currently obtaining his hours and required training in order to obtain the status of PCC (Professional Certified Coach), and ACTC (Advanced Certification in Team Coaching) from the prestigious ICF (International Coaching Federation).
