I’m an experienced digital consultant with an extensive background in employee engagement, recruitment strategies, people management, project management, web development and marketing & communications that I've honed over the last 20 plus years. I believe that to be successful in these areas we must always pursue learning. While education is a helpful tool to have, it's not the answer to everything. I believe self-knowledge, dedication and a commitment to growth are just as important to make your dreams a reality. Learning can come in a variety of different ways. My dream is to elevate women, non-binary and women-identifying people to support one another, to network and to strategize. We will work to forge new paths that enable you to attain all of our goals in life and to celebrate those accomplishments. One such way is through finding a career path that nurtures your strengths and helps you grow your weakness without draining your energy so you can continue to follow your passions.
