Through my coaching and mentoring sessions (often 1hr per session in 6mth package), as an experienced life and career coach and mentor I encourage my client to demonstrate autocrine so that s/he would collect and organize her/his through and ideas and reach a possible best solution and/or figure out a concrete step forward. Will surely provide a space ensuring physiological safety and if necessary share my own knowledge and experiences gained through my career working as a diplomat, business woman dedicated new business opportunity sourcing and development as well as faculty teaching at universities (topics include DEI, social venture management, managing complexity and career development).
