Dr. Danielle Lombard-Sims is an accomplished C-Suite business executive with over 28 years of in-depth experience in executive, leadership, and team-based coaching, talent and organizational strategy alignment, change management, board engagement, leadership development, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, cultural transformation, and creating inclusive environments. She has provided global and domestic coaching and advisory services to executive leaders across multiple industries, including healthcare, academic medical centers, biomedical, state and local government, oil and gas, banking, telecommunication, utilities, retail, and manufacturing industries.
