Jess Yocum

I’m Jess Yocum, a leadership coach and founder of Riverdrop Coaching & Consulting. I help senior and executive leaders reconnect with their values, lead with clarity, and build resilient cultures where strategy and humanity work in sync. With a background in Organization Development and Leadership—and experience in both government and startups—I know how easy it is for leaders to drift from what matters most. I partner with individuals and organizations to realign from the inside out, supporting meaningful growth that lasts. My work blends systems and complexity thinking, change navigation, and values-based coaching to help leaders thrive in complexity without losing themselves in the process. I hold a master’s from Fielding Graduate University, am board certified and ICF-credentialed (PCC), and certified in resilience coaching. Based in Maryland with my husband and three kids (ages 9, 7, and 3), I also co-host Lots to Unpack There, a podcast about life, leadership, and everything in-between.
