She is a former cohost of a South African Radio show on applied coaching with eminent ICF coaches and HR leaders across the globe. She has partnered with over 50 organizations, trained and coached over 15000 professionals. She has partnered with leading organizations such as Genpact, Nomura, Daimler, Schindler, Schneider Electric, BASF, Trent-Tata, Hinduja, Aditya Birla Group, Sony-SET India Pvt Ltd, Colgate, Mahindra& Mahindra, Thermax among others and developed unique experiential learning and coaching methods using applied psychology, sociometry, theatre, psychodrama, strengths coaching and appreciate inquiry, She has worked extensively in areas- DEI, behavioral training and leadership development & coaching. She also launched the first of its kind theatre based gender sensitization & DEI forum with theatre veteran-Tom Alter and NHRD and co-created a webcast-Inclusion Circles, showcasing best DE &I practices. Mishti conceptualized and co-founded one of the top cultural centres and black box theatres in India- C.L.A.P. Recognized by Hindustan Times among top 10 cultural centres in India.
