As executive coach, I support C-suite leaders improve their bottom line and help talents and senior executives take their next career step. In addition, I work as university professor at LUISS Guido Carli and SUMAS Business School, where I teach BA, Ma and MBA courses in sustainable leadership and career management. I also mentor other coaches for the MCC and PCC coaching credentials by the International Coach Federation. I have a dual academic background in business management and clinical psychology, which enables me to foster interdisciplinary fertilization and apply behavioral and human sciences to the development of people and careers.
