After more than a decade in corporate leadership roles, I realized I had a greater passion: helping individuals succeed and grow. The pandemic, like many of you, impacted my outlook on the world and my position in it. It was always a dream of mine to use the skills I learned to coach others. When I reflect on the many twists and turns my career has taken, I am most fulfilled when I see others tackle challenging situations and uncover solutions they hadn’t previously considered. Some refer to them as AHA moments. I enjoy leveraging my extensive HR expertise to assist clients in navigating the intricacies of the corporate world. My focus includes fostering professional development, nurturing leadership skills, and helping individuals achieve their ambitious career goals. With a unique combination of corporate insights and entrepreneurial spirit, I empower clients to explore beyond their current perspectives, fostering growth, autonomy, and resilience. Throughout my career, I drove cultural change by prioritizing people-first initiatives, establishing accountability, promoting diversity, and embracing cultural differences. I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Management from Notre Dame of Maryland University. I hold a Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Flow Certified Professional Coach (FCPC) accreditation from the Flow Coaching Institute.
