With over 25 years of experience in organizational leadership, Jason Rowland is a passionate educator, coach, facilitator, author, and consultant who helps leaders and organizations achieve their full potential. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at Mercer University, where he designs and implements online experiential learning opportunities for students in the fields of leadership and organizational studies. He has achieved a 100% student satisfaction rate, received nominations for excellence in teaching, and represented the department in various presentations and facilitations. Jason is also a visionary speaker, advisor, and author who inspires and challenges leaders from diverse backgrounds and sectors to reimagine their roles and impact. He has published two books on church mergers and leadership, and is currently pursuing his PhD in Leadership and Organizations at Anderson University.
