I am EMCC qualified coach and have been working with clients from diverse backgrounds, ranging from VPs to students, across a number of different cultures. In coaching and mentoring I lean on my 15+ year corporate experience in leading and coaching teams across operations, projects, and engineering and strong leadership and organizational skills and ability to effectively collaborate and communicate across multiple disciplines and in multicultural environments. I have a deep understanding of the corporate environment and enjoy supporting others to progress further, improve their confidence, manage stakeholders, structure their approach to career development, and define and achieve their goals while maintaining work life balance and wellbeing levels.
