I'm a leadership coach with global experience focused on developing clarity of purpose and authenticity with emerging and established leaders. I believe everyone can benefit and grow from working with a coach. Whether you’re looking to build your skills around stress management, self-care, navigating change, leading others, communication, decision-making or conflict prevention/resolution, having a coach on your side makes you stronger. Partnering with a coach can accelerate progress towards goals like increasing productivity, becoming more confident, or establishing more balance/harmony in work and life. If you’re unclear on what you want to work towards, that’s ok too. Exploration is part of coaching. We can pursue that clarity together. I’ve lived and worked extensively in North, Central and South America. I’ve coached in English and in Spanish and would be open to working in Italian too. I’ve earned credentials from the International Coaching Federation and have worked across varied industries including media, internet, renewable energy, business services, medicine, manufacturing, government, finance and nonprofit. I’m married, have 3 daughters and love soccer, film, reading, cooking and photography. What’s next? During our first session we’ll basically get to know each other and understand how coaching might serve you. We’ll talk about where you are in your life, how you got there and where you hope to go. It’s ok not have all the answers. Together, we can talk about a roadmap of what you want to accomplish through our coaching partnership.
