I work with both leaders and individuals who wish to grow and improve their lives and those of their stakeholders. Through my 17 years of Executive and Professional Coaching, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective shaped by my diverse background, including an M.B.A. and MSc in Leadership & Organizational Development & Executive Coaching, and from my career as an U.S. Army Senior Staff Officer and Regional Analyst. I continue to pursue professional development through certifications in Applied Positive Psychology and Neuroscience. I create a confidential and collaborative space for people to explore their current situation and challenges, and design appropriate strategies and practice a happier and more successful life. Neuroscience posits that just having the opportunity to vocalize your thoughts allows one to organize their thoughts and hear what may be unconscious, and thus opening up new options or choices.
