Gary holds a bachelors degree in Psychology and masters degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida. He has over 20 years of experience as an administrator, faculty member and leader working in student success, professional development and well-being programming. Gary has consulted with a diverse group of teams, from tech companies to non-profits, healthcare and wellness professionals and HR leaders and loves to use creative coaching methods to help maximize your potential. Gary enjoys using humor and dynamic practices to help team members of all demographics, backgrounds and missions leverage their strengths.
