Benton McTaggart

Benton McTaggart is a highly-skilled Executive and Life Transformation Coach. He is adept at partnering with high-achieving people to transform their mindsets, behaviors, and relationships with themselves, so that they can 10X their life goals, experience inner fulfillment and flourish on a whole new level. Having held various leadership roles in his corporate career - including Chief People Officer, Director of Career Services and Senior Manager, Regional Employee Engagement - along with more than 500 hours of experience as a life coach, he has an unique understanding of the challenges both individuals and executives face in creating an environment where they can flourish. He is a Professional Certified Coach accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF); Certified Executive and Life Coach accredited through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC); holds an MBA in Competitive Strategy from the University of Rochester, and he has an array of credentials including a Certified Facilitator with the Association for Talent Development and advanced subconscious change certifications from PSYCH-K Center International. He also holds Senior Professional in HR (SPHR), and Society for Human Resources Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications.
