I have been working as a holistic nutritionist in the natural health industry since 2017. I have a specialization in the nutritional science of nervous system repair and the neuroscience of trauma. I also have extensive knowledge of communication, relational intelligence, and neurodivergence. I have worked in and managed the supplements department of some of Montreal's most well known health food stores such as Rachelle Bery, Tau, and Biodor Produits Naturels. I have also been the product specialist for major natural product brands such as Canara Biotech and Queen of the Thrones. I combine my extensive knowledge of nutrition, neuroscience and human behaviour together to help people to acheive their health and wellness goals more efficently.
