My background is clinical (BDS) and commercial (MBA in Hospital & Healthcare Management), with eight-plus years running multi-site operations across the UAE and India. I've managed a nine-clinic network handling around 190,000 studies a year, and led HIS, EMR, PACS and RIS implementations from vendor selection through to go-live.
