I'm a Registered Social Worker with a passion for helping people better understand themselves and navigate life's challenges with confidence. My journey back to school began with one goal—to become a therapist who helps people feel seen, heard, and supported. Through my education, professional experience, and lived experiences, I've developed a strong foundation in mental health, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practice. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe, understood, and empowered to take the next step forward. As I continue growing as a clinician, I'm committed to lifelong learning and providing compassionate, client-centred care that helps people create lasting change.
