I have been a bachelor's level licensed social worker for over 20 years and helped over 2,000 kids, adults, and families on their mental health and life journeys. I've worked everything from special ed to inpatient psychaitric hospital stays. I'd love to help you with what you're going through, including parenting (especially special needs kids), ADHD/anxiety/depression/other mental health areas, life organization and systems, and so much more. I look forward to meeting with you! I did a humanitarian trip to Thailand, and got to ride an elephant and go white water rafting in the jungle. It was amazing! I love the randomness of life: I can fit my body through a coat hanger, in a suitcase, and in the dryer...very useful skills!
