I coach the gap between knowing and doing. Most people arrive already knowing what would help them. What they're missing isn't information, it's the pattern underneath the behaviour and a way to work with it. My background is in criminology and psychology, and I work across habits, nervous system regulation and behaviour change. Sessions are conversational and direct: we notice the pattern, understand where it came from, regulate what's driving it, and rebuild something that actually holds. I don't hand out plans you'll abandon in three weeks. I work well with people who think a lot, have tried a lot, and are tired of starting over.
