I’m Nadine, ADHD coach for moms of color, here to help you come home to your own rhythm. After 15 years in DEI strategy, including anti-segregation and inclusive leadership work across public and private sectors, plus a Master’s in Intersectionality Studies, certification as an ADHD coach, and training in Motivational Interviewing, I understood something personally: the exhaustion so many of us carry isn’t a personal failure, it’s what happens when we mask, suppress, and perform for systems never built for our bodies or our culture. I help exhausted ADHD moms find calm in the chaos, so they can feel like themselves again.
