I'm Sean Matthew, a nervous-system-focused coach for people navigating major life transitions — career pivots, relationship changes, and habits that need to actually stick. I hold a master's in Organizational Psychology, an ACC certification through the ICF, and certifications in somatic anxiety and pain reprocessing work. My belief: the nervous system is the operating system underneath every big change. Drawing on polyvagal theory and current stress research, I help clients build capacity to tolerate discomfort and create rhythms — not just willpower — that hold up under real life.
