Adina Tucker

While I am trained in psychotherapy and trauma, I also have experience in coaching. I have worked with individuals to work through barriers to reach health and wellness goals and even to explore career goals and the right path to get where they want to go. I've also worked with caregivers of older adults to do long-term care planning. I have coached caregivers through tough situations and making hard decisions based on their values and what's important to them and their families. Working with me as a coach is a good fit if you aren't looking to do the deeper dive into patterns of behavior or healing trauma and you just need someone to help you walk through the steps you want to take to reach a goal or achieve a career path.
