For over 10 years, I have supported youth, teens, and adults in navigating life's challenges and transitions. My experience as an Educational Assistant working with high-needs students and in high school settings has given me a deep understanding of learning, resilience, and personal growth. Having personally adjusted to living in new countries, I understand the challenges of change, finding your place, and building confidence. I coach individuals through education, career planning, life transitions, relationships, friendships, family dynamics, goal setting, and discovering purpose. My approach is supportive, practical, and focused on helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.
