I have also worked as a school counselor and psychology professor. Those roles taught me how to speak with different kinds of people—students, parents, teachers, employees, leaders, and clients—and how to explain psychological ideas in a way that is useful, not overly technical. My CliftonStrengths are Harmony, Relator, Positivity, Developer, and Empathy. They reflect how I naturally work: I build relationships, notice what people need, help teams work through tension, and support people without losing structure or professional boundaries.
