As a life coach I am positive, enthusiastic, supportive, trusting, focused, goal-oriented, knowledgeable, observant, respectful, patient and a clear communicator. I am a result-oriented mentor who helps clients develop important skills, set goals, enhance their well-being and change their lives. I help clients achieve their goals by identifying hurdles and finding solutions to conquer those challenges. I assist in pinpointing strengths and weaknesses, teaching behavioral regulation techniques and facilitating personal growth, that can empower a client to find success. As a life coach, it’s my job to assist in developing a strategy to help the client get from point A to point B. I do not typically tell clients what to do. Instead, I empower clients to make their own plans.
