I am a Certified Women’s Health and Wellness Coach, graduated from the Integrative Women’s Health Institute (IWHI), and a Second-Degree Reiki Practitioner. Specializing in a deeply integrative, root-cause approach to female physiology, I help women navigate hormonal transitions, pelvic health, and chronic stress. By combining the rigorous, evidence-based lifestyle medicine of IWHI with the gentle nervous-system regulation of Second-Degree Reiki energetic healing, I look at the whole picture—mind, body, and energy.
