I am a certified Health Coach, qualified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, with over three years of coaching experience in Spain. I support clients in achieving lasting lifestyle change through personalised guidance on nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and behaviour change. My coaching is grounded in evidence-based methods including Motivational Interviewing, Empathic Communication, and Trauma-Informed Care.
