I'm Fatya. I have a background in entrepreneurship and business consulting, and I've been working as a professional coach for 3 years now. I built a social business focused on women's development, and now I'm doing what lights me up — helping women break through barriers, see possibilities where it seemed there were none, and reach the goals they're after. I know what it's like to want a better quality of life but to be starting from scratch yet again, feeling stuck. Thanks to my background in business consulting at international organizations, I also work with businesses that want to grow. I work in two directions: 1. Pure coaching — moving toward the goals you want, breaking through barriers, working with self-esteem, overthinking, procrastination, and shifting the way you think. Approach: ICF coaching + CBT. 2. Coaching + business consulting — for those building their own thing but feeling stuck. Here we work on two levels at once: your inner state (procrastination, low energy, and so on) and the business itself — strategy, business model, mapping out the direction of growth. Approach: ICF coaching + CBT + a background in management (bachelor's + master's) + experience in consulting (PwC, Bolt, Multitude) and entrepreneurship.
