Mary-Rita McGuire

Mary-Rita | Transpersonal Depth Coach & Rite of Passage Facilitator I hold an MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University, a BA in Creative Expressive Therapies from the University of Derby, and am a certified ICF Accredited Creative Depth Coach, trained in the application of Jungian and Depth Psychology as a coaching framework. I am also Co-Chair of the International Network for the Study of Spirituality (INSS), Arts & Spirituality division. Over the past three years I have worked with 50+ individuals and facilitated workshops and training across the entrepreneurial and educational sectors in the UAE - including the American University of Ras Al Khaimah, a London University branch campus, and Compass in Ras Al Khaimah; with additional consultancy work delivered for RAK Ceramics and the Al Assami Foundation. I currently work with Show Squad as part of my ongoing facilitation practice. Beyond the screen, I design and lead immersive in-person retreats in locations including Zanzibar and Tinos, Greece; nature-based, depth-oriented experiences that draw on spirituality, rite of passage, and the transformative power of place to support people through significant life thresholds. My approach draws on Transpersonal Psychology, Archetypal and Jungian frameworks, Creative Expressive Therapies, and rite of passage theory to support individuals and organisations through meaningful transitions. With a background as a trained actor, musician, and Drama teacher, I bring creativity, embodied presence, and genuine depth to every coaching space. I work online and in person, individually and in groups, and am committed to creating accessible, personalised, and empowering experiences for every client I work with.
