I hope to build a good working alliance and use the trust in the relationship to produce a 50/50 collaboration. I use several theoretical frameworks to support individuals from diverse work backgrounds and cultures. I am very comfortable working with high performers outside traditional infrastructure setups, as my previous career in professional sport has provided valuable insight into their environments. I like to work with agendas from session to session and believe that together a successful outcome for goals or objectives can be achieved.
