I’m Yelyzaveta, a Career & Professional Coach. I work with experienced professionals and managers who may look like they are coping well on the outside, but internally feel uncertain, tired, unmotivated, or unsure about their next professional step. My focus is professional clarity during periods of change, fatigue, and important career decisions. People usually come to me when they need to: 🔹 understand where to move next in their career; 🔹 get out of a state of confusion, plateau, or low motivation; 🔹 make a career or leadership decision without pressure or rush; 🔹 adapt to a new role or higher level of responsibility; 🔹 reconnect with their own sense of stability, meaning, and professional direction. In coaching, we explore what is really happening in the person’s professional situation right now. We look at the doubts, fears, or inner barriers that may be keeping them stuck, and identify decisions that are aligned with their values, experience, and current capacity. I work with three main areas: 1. Professional clarity and the next step For people who are not sure where to move next, even if everything looks stable from the outside. 2. Fatigue, motivation, and inner stability For people who feel overloaded, low on energy, or disconnected from their work. 3. Career transitions, new roles, and professional decisions For people who are stepping into a new role, taking on more responsibility, or facing an important career choice. I work online in a 1:1 coaching format. I am also open to cooperation with companies, HR and L&D teams, career services, and coaching providers in the areas of employee support, professional clarity, role transitions, workload pressure, and career uncertainty.
