I am a psychology-informed, strengths-based coach supporting people who want to move forward with greater clarity, direction, and intentional action in their work and life. I work with individuals who are thoughtful, capable, and motivated to grow, but who want more clarity in how they think, decide, and act. Often, they are navigating multiple options or ideas and are looking for a more structured and sustainable way to turn insight into action. My coaching focuses on helping clients understand their thinking patterns, decision-making processes, and behavioural habits — and how these influence the way they approach challenges and change. Together, we create clarity around what matters most, and translate that into practical, realistic steps forward. My approach is structured, supportive, and strengths-based. Sessions are collaborative and focused on awareness, reflection, and forward movement. I don’t provide advice or quick fixes; instead, I support clients in developing clarity and confidence in their own thinking so they can make decisions and take action that feels aligned and sustainable. My background combines organisational psychology (MSc), marketing, and leadership experience across recruitment, team management, and entrepreneurship. This gives me a grounded understanding of both performance in real-world environments and the behavioural patterns that influence change over time. At the core of my work is a simple belief: people are not stuck because they lack capability or insight, but because clarity and alignment are not yet fully formed. Coaching creates the space to develop that clarity and turn it into meaningful, consistent action.
