With nearly two decades of experience in the corporate world across across Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East—specialising in marketing, communications, and business development—I’ve led and coached teams in both formal and informal capacities. Having experienced first hand the transformative power of coaching in my own career and personal life, I was inspired to deepen my expertise and become an accredited coach myself. I hold a Brain-Based Coaching Certificate (BBCC) from the NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI), a globally recognized coaching program accredited by the International Coaching Federation. NLI’s Results Coaching System™️ is rooted in neuroscience, process-focused, and outcome-driven, drawing from contemporary research in positive psychology, adult learning, and change theory.
