Loyda Noelia

I am a compassionate and attentive listener with hands-on experience supporting individuals in both clinical and community settings. My background includes working at a rehabilitation center for individuals with substance use disorders in Olancho, Honduras, where I participated in training aligned with certification standards from the Matrix Institute in California. This experience strengthened my ability to listen without judgment, respond with empathy, and maintain emotional boundaries in sensitive situations. In addition, I have served in counseling roles within my church, offering guidance and support to individuals facing personal challenges. I am naturally patient, respectful, and present in conversations, creating a safe space where others feel heard and understood. My approach is grounded in empathy, active listening, and genuine care for others’ well-being.
