Naomi Kreske

As a certified life coach, I specialize in guiding women through periods of transition, helping them move from feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected to gaining clarity, confidence, and a strong sense of self. My coaching approach is both structured and intuitive. I blend mindset work, self-awareness practices, and actionable goal setting with deeper exploration that helps clients uncover the patterns, beliefs, and emotional blocks that may be holding them back. I create a supportive but honest space where clients feel seen, challenged, and empowered to take ownership of their growth. I also incorporate principles rooted in the Law of Attraction and manifestation, guiding clients to become more intentional about their thoughts, beliefs, and the energy they bring into their daily lives. I draw from my certification through the Jay Shetty Certification School, as well as my own lived experience navigating major life transitions, including a divorce that became a turning point in my personal transformation. This allows me to connect with clients on a human level while also guiding them with practical tools and frameworks. In my sessions, I focus on active listening, powerful questioning, and helping clients build sustainable mindset shifts that extend beyond our time together. My goal is not just to help clients feel better in the moment, but to equip them with the clarity and confidence to create lasting change in their lives. I am especially passionate about supporting women in rediscovering themselves, strengthening their self-worth, and creating a life that feels aligned and fulfilling.
