Aminah Jamil

I work with high-achieving, analytically-minded individuals, particularly burned-out software engineers and military veterans, who are excelling professionally (or are going through career transitions) but feel disconnected from their creativity, sense of purpose, and inner life. My coaching sits at the intersection of performance psychology, systems thinking, and consciousness studies. I help clients move from surviving their routines to building lives that are both structured and alive, with practices rooted in mindset work, creative expression, and spiritual self-discovery. My background includes a 62-hour ACSTH Coach Specific Training Program certification, work in tech (AWS, Gitcoin), military service, and a foundation in psychology, which gives me both the technical fluency and the human depth to meet clients where they are. I'm currently in grad school studying psychology.
